TRIAL TERMS
You will be charged a $0.99 shipping fee for GymGiveaways's Ultimate Hoodie at the time you order your trial of the product. Your wristbands will be shipped. After your 5 day trial you will be charged $89.95 for your subscription to our monthly newsletter delivered to your email. You will continue to be charged $89.95 every month until you cancel. REFUND POLICY
TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AT THE END OF THE PAID TRIAL MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT , YOU MUST NOTIFY GymGiveaways ON OR BEFORE DAY 14, BY CONTACTING GymGiveaways BY email.
4.5 TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP YOU MUST NOTIFY GymGiveaways OF YOUR CANCELLATION BY email AT LEAST 7 (SEVEN) DAYS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR THEN CURRENT MEMBERSHIP AND ENROLLMENT TERM.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
